At Los Altos Christian Church, we practice a collaborative style of leadership rooted in the belief that the Holy Spirit speaks through the whole congregation.

Our congregation elects a Leadership Board who help us stay focused on our mission by listening for God’s guidance, setting vision, creating policies, and stewarding our shared resources wisely.

Our Pastor and Ministry Teams carry that mission into daily life through worship, service, and community care.

We’re grateful for a structure that invites shared leadership, open communication, and the use of everyone’s gifts. ❤️
